29" (74 cm.) Bisque socket head, brown glass sleep eyes, painted curly lashes, dark eyeliner, modeled brows with comb-marked detail, rounded nose with accented nostrils, open mouth, outlined lips, prominent accent dot on center bottom lip, four porcelain teeth, pierced ears, brunette mohair wig, composition and wooden ball-jointed body, wonderful antique costume. Condition: generally excellent. Marks S&H 1279 dep Germany 14. Comments: Simon and Halbig, circa 1912. Value Points: rare model in fine larger size has exquisite bisque and decoration, deeply impressed dimples at cheeks, mouth, chin and eye corners, original body and body finish.
