Description
6 1/2" (17 cm.) One-piece all-bisque toddler with brown glass sleep eyes in side-glancing googly manner, dark eyeliner, painted curly lashes, one-stroke curved brows, pug nose, closed mouth with smiling expression and well-defined stuck-out tongue, brunette mohair wig, painted blue smock, loop-jointed bisque arms with sculpted bent elbows and pointing fingers. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: "Baby Bud" Registered Bisque Baby, Made in Germany (original paper label on box). Comments: circa 1915. Value Points: rare variation of the deposed figure, having glass eyes, wig, and preserved unplayed with in original box.
