Bisque swivel head on kid-edged bisque shoulder plate,large blue glass enamel inset eyes with spiral threading,dark eyeliner,long painted lashes,feathered brows,accented nostrils,closed mouth with center accent line,pierced ears,blonde mohair wig over cork pate,French kid poupee body with straight limbs. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: (artist checkmarks on head) Jumeau Medaille d'Or Paris (body). Comments: Emile Jumeau,circa 1880. Value Points: pretty poupee with original signed head and body,wearing red wool folklore costume with black soutache embroidery,undergarments,wooden shoes,Jumeau earrings,painted baskets,and rare "a deux bonjours" bonnet.
