22" (56 cm.) Bisque socket head, blue glass sleep eyes, painted curly lashes, dark eyeliner, modeled brows with comb-marked detail, rounded nose with accented nostrils, open mouth, outlined lips, prominent accent dot on center bottom lip, four porcelain teeth, pierced ears, blonde mohair wig, composition and wooden ball-jointed body, beautiful antique costume. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: S&H 1279 dep Germany 11. Comments: Simon and Halbig, circa 1912. Value Points: especially fine quality of modeling with enhanced detail of impressed cheek dimples, and accent dot on bottom lip, finest bisque and painting, original wig, body and body finish.
