21" (53 cm.) All cloth doll with swivel head, pressed and painted facial features, large brown side-glancing eyes, black upper eyeliner, grey lower eyeshadow, painted brown upper lashes, single stroke brows, accented nostrils, closed mouth with pink-glazed lower lips, blonde mohair wig in very curly frou-frou curls, jointing at shoulders and hips. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: Les Poupees Raynal, Marque Deposee (original paper label). Comments: French, Raynal, circa 1928. Value Points: fresh vibrant condition, wonderful hair, wearing original sateen and felt sundress with floral appliques, felt hair bows, pink felt shoes, undergarments, with original paper label and original box.
