22" (56 cm.) Poured wax shoulderhead, blue glass inset eyes, dark eyeliner, accented nostrils, closed mouth with shaded lips, blonde mohair wig with inserted tendrils, softly-stuffed muslin body, wax lower limbs, bare feet. Condition: very good, some complexion fading, two fingers chipped. Comments: English, in the Montanari manner, circa 1885. Value Points: gentle-featured child is wearing original silk and lace dress, undergarments, stockings, shoes, and with watch and fob.
