Description
20" (51 cm.) (excluding headdress). Felt swivel head with highly-characterized face with very strong angular features, sienna-tinted complexion, triangular-shaped brown eyes, closed mouth with upturned lip corners, black mohair braids, elongated body with jointing at shoulders and hips. Condition: good facial complexion is original, albeit rubbed. Comments: Lenci, early 1920s, one of the first models of this firm. Value Points: extremely rare early doll wearing original felt costume and felt-feathered headdress and pouch.
