Description

34" (86 cm.) Firm-bodied one piece torso and legs is covered with black stockinette and has original cast iron detachable boots forming the feet, wearing black stockings, knit pants and black velvet jacket. Original paper label "Hugh Lyons & Co, Lansing, Michigan". Very good condition, some small repairs to stockinette. The Hugh Lyons firm was a major manufacturer of store fixtures and mannequins in late 1880s to at least 1915, this example circa 1885.
