Description
11" (28 cm.) Bisque socket head with amber-tinted complexion, narrow brown glass inset eyes, dark eyeliner, painted curly lashes, black feathered brows, accented nostrils, open mouth, outlined lips, four porcelain teeth, pierced ears, black mohair wig, amber-tinted composition and wooden ball-jointed body. Condition: generally excellent, very faint 1/4" hairline at crown rim. Marks: SH 1129 dep 2. Comments: Simon and Halbig, circa 1900. Value Points: very deep sculpting, fine amber complexion, beautiful antique silk kimono, original body and body finish.
