Description
15" (38 cm.) Bisque socket head, brown glass sleep eyes, painted lower lashes, mohair lashes, short feathered brows, tiny nose, open mouth, two porcelain upper teeth, blonde mohair wig, composition and wooden ball-jointed body with short toddler body, nicely costumed including faux-tortoise spectacles. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: S (pb in star) H Ox Germany. Comments: Schoneau and Hoffmeister, circa 1910. Value Points: rare little model with very expressive features aptly depicts a fine little gentleman.
