Description
12" (30 cm.) x 7" x 5 1/2". Made of a variety of fine exotic woods that accent the primary burled wood sides, the sewing box has elaborate inlays and striping, including mother-of-pearl designed pinwheels, and a lid design of a flower-filled urn with elaborate borders. The inside lid features a tinted illustration of Shirley Temple centered by mother-of-pearl initials S.T., and the box contains various threads and sewing notions including a Chinese silk pincushion with tiny dolls.
