Bisque socket head, black glass inset eyes, painted lashes and brows, accented nostrils, open mouth, outlined lips, porcelain teeth, original brunette human hair wig in very elaborate upswept fashion with comb and flowers, five-piece paper-mache body. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: 2/0. Comments: for the French market, circa 1900. Value Points: stunning and all-original silk costume with bands of silk embroidery, multilayers of tunics and vest, tassels, superb coiffure, original "stacked" shoes, original silk-covered wooden stand.
