9" (23 cm.) Porcelain shouderhead with black sculpted short curly hair, painted features, blue painted eyes, muslin body, porcelain arms and legs. Condition: generally excellent. Comments: Germany, circa 1870. Value Points: the doll is garbed in her original "sewing companion" costume, including details such as "pincushion" hat, "thimble holder" pocket, and "scissors" holster.
