11" (28 cm.) Solid domed bisque shoulderhead, large cobalt blue glass inset eyes, dark eyeliner, painted lashes, feathered brows, accented nostrils, closed mouth, blushed cheeks, original muslin stitch-jointed body, bisque arms to above the elbows. Condition: generally excellent. Comments: Germany, attributed to Alt, Beck and Gottschalk, circa 1880. Value Points: beautiful pale bisque with brilliant contrasting eyes, original body with bisque arms, antique costume.
