23" (58 cm.) Porcelain shoulder head with pink-tinted complexion, oval face and elongated throat, modeled bosom, black sculpted hair drawn over her ears and looped to the back of head into a four-tiered chignon of narrow coiled braids, painted blue eyes, red and black upper eyeliner, single stroke brows, circle accents at nostrils, closed mouth with center accent line, muslin body with porcelain lower limbs, painted ankle boots, antique costume. Condition: generally excellent, left thumb tip chipped, hairline on left leg. Marks: (black ink script letter H inside shoulderplate). Comments: Germany, circa 1860. Value Points: elegant demeanor enhanced by delicately-tinted complexion and regal size.
