Bisque socket head, very deep blue glass paperweight inset eyes, thick dark eyeliner, painted lashes, mauve-blushed eye shadow, brushstroked and feathered brows, accented eye corners, shaded nostrils, closed mouth with outlined shaded lips, dimpled chin and philtrum, separately applied pierced ears, blonde mohair wig over cork pate, French composition and wooden fully-jointed body with straight wrists, antique pale green silk dress, undergarments, antique bonnet with ivory silk frou-frou ruffles, socks, shoes. Condition: very faint hairline at upper forehead, otherwise excellent. Marks: 10 (head) Jumeau Medaille d'Or Paris (body). Comments: Emile Jumeau, circa 1882, the early important signature model by Emile Jumeau, with finest bisque and modeling, beautiful eyes, original body and body finish, fine antique costume.
