Bisque swivel head on kid-edged bisque shoulderplate with modeled bosom and shoulderblades, brown glass paperweight inset eyes, thick dark eyeliner, mauve blushed eye shadow, feathered brows, accented nostrils, closed mouth with painted teeth between the outlined shaded lips, pierced ears, brunette human hair over cork pate, French kid bebe body with gusset-jointing at elbows, hips and knees, bisque hands. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: (circle/dot symbol) 0. Comments: Leon Casimir Bru, circa 1880. Value Points: the early period bebe has especially fine sculpting, very clean and sturdy original body with bisque hands, beautiful antique costume including dress, ruffled bonnet, undergarments, leather shoes signed C.M.
