29" (74 cm.) Paper mache shoulder head with short blonde sculpted curls waved away from face and behind ears,painted facial features,pale blue eyes,black and red upper eyeliner,accented nostrils,closed mouth with center accent line,muslin stitch-jointed body,leather arms,pretty cotton flowered dress,undergarments,necklace. Condition: generally excellent,two old narrow splits on back shoulderplate. Comments: in the Greiner manner,circa 1875. Value Points: fine original finish is well preserved,nice details of hair modeling.
