12" (30 cm.) Bisque swivel head on kid-edged bisque shoulder plate, cobalt-blue glass enamel inset eyes, dark eyeliner, painted lashes, feathered brows, accented nostrils, closed mouth with outlined lips, unpierced ears, blonde mohair wig over cork pate, kid poupee body with gusset jointing, bisque arms to above the elbows, curled fingers, pretty silk costume and hat, undergarments. Condition: generally excellent, original firing line at side crown rim. Comments: French, circa 1865. Value Points: desirable petite size, beautiful eyes, rare bisque hands.
