Description
24" (61 cm.) x 20" framed. Unusual vignette photographs of Shirley with long flowing reddish/brown curls, hazel eyes, and classic dimples, wearing blue and white checkered collar with lace and rosebud trim, and matching hair ribbon. The photographs are nearly identical except in one she is smiling and in the other she is solemn. The photographs appeared in advertisements for Woodbury Facial Powder and declared that Shirley was wearing Windsor Rose powder. The ads were released in 1945 as the film "I'll Be Seeing You" is mentioned in the copy.
