22" (56 cm.) Bisque socket head, brown glass paperweight inset eyes, dark eyeliner, painted lashes, rose blushed eye shadow, brushstroked and feathered brows, shaded nostrils, open mouth, outlined lips, row of porcelain teeth, impressed chin dimple, pierced ears, blonde mohair wig over cork pate, French composition and wooden fully-jointed body. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: Eden Bebe Paris 11 (incised). Comments: Fleischmann & Blodel, an early model of that doll, circa 1890. Value Points: pristine unplayed with condition, exemplary bisque with desirable pale complexion contrasting the rich brown eyes, original wig, pate, body, body finish, earrings, chemise, leather shoes signed "Eden Bebe Paris 11" and original wooden box.
