Description
13" (33 cm.) Each has bisque socket head, dark glass inset eyes, painted lashes, single stroke brows, open mouth, four tiny teeth, paper mache body with jointing at shoulders and hips. Condition: generally excellent. Comments: French, circa 1900. Value Points: pristine state of preservation, the dolls are presented in their original glass-front display box, each wearing outstanding original folklore costume with elaborate embroidery, representing Quimper from the Brittany region of France.
