Description
7" (18 cm.) standing. Each is all-bisque figure of a sinuous-figured lady, with dimensional-sculpting of face and body, attached to a white bisque vase, and having painted facial features and costumes, and each with mohair wig. Condition: standing lady has one-piece reglue of parasol handle tip, seated has very faint hairline on back of vase. Comments: Germany, in the manner of Galluba and Hoffman, circa 1915. Value Points: wonderfully stylized and posed society ladies, rare figures to find.
