14" (36 cm.) Firmly-pressed composition socket head with oval-shaped face, textured complexion, deeply-defined eye sockets with painted brown eyes, brown upper eyeliner, accented nostrils, closed mouth with firm expression, blonde mohair wig, composition and wooden ball-jointed body. Condition: generally excellent. Comments: from the series of dolls introduced at the Munich Art Fair in 1908 from the Marion Kaulitz art studios. Value Points: important doll in history, this example has especially fine detail of sculpting around the eyes and mouth, original finish, original knit costume.
