16" (41 cm.) Thick paste porcelain shoulder head with delicate pink tinting, black sculpted hair with combmarked details waved behind the ears into uniform short finger curls, large brown painted eyes, black and red upper eyeliner, single stroke brows, accented nostrils, closed mouth with prim little smile, old handmade muslin stitch-jointed body, antique gown and undergarments. Condition: generally excellent, few minor paint rubs on back of hair. Comments: Germany, circa 1865. Value Points: most appealing early child model has pink tinted complexion, brown eyes
