Description
10" (25 cm.) Wax head baby with blue glass eyes and painted features, open mouth with glass baby bottle, blonde mohair wig; the head and faux-body are completely enclosed in waffle-embossed cardstock bunting with decorative ruffled gauze, and features upraised wax arms appearing to reach for the bottle. The "body" is actually hollow which, when separated at the bottom, offers access to the candy container interior. Excellent condition, slight dustiness, original box is included. French, circa 1890.
