All latex composition depicting slender older child, socket head with well-modeled features, painted brown eyes, upper eyeliner, single-stroke brows, accented nostrils, closed mouth, original brunette human hair wig, jointing at shoulders and hips. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: (original Cochran insignia at side torso). Comments: Dewees Cochran, circa 1950s, the renowned American doll artist wrote about her life and works in the book, As If They Might Speak. Value Points: well-preserved doll with intelligent gaze, original artist made costume.
