5" (13 cm.) One-piece bisque head and torso, elongated throat, heart-shaped face, brown glass sleep eyes, painted lashes, single-stroke brows, closed mouth with wide beaming smile, impressed dimples, brunette mohair wig, loop-jointed bisque arms and legs, sculpted pointing finger, painted white stockings and black one-strap shoes, nicely costumed. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: JIO c. 1919 47 (torso, also 47 on arms and legs). Vivi Reg. US Pat. Off. Copr. 1920 J.I. Orsini (paper label). Comments: Germany, circa 1920, designed by Jeanne Orsini. Value Points: rare little model with wonderful detail of sculpting on the smiling face.
