11" (28 cm.) Pressed felt head with center seam, prominent nose, black bead eyes, stitched ears, stitched-on red woolen military cap and blue and red felt uniform over pressed tin torso and legs, felt arms, large metal feet with little hidden wheels beneath. When wound, the policeman moves forward and circular. Condition: generally excellent. Comments: Schuco, circa 1920s. Value Points: rare and amusing toy with original costume.
