Description
12" (30 cm.) Paper mache detachable head, blue glass sleep eyes, open mouth, four teeth, blonde mohair wig, five-piece paper mache body. Condition: generally excellent. Comments: French, circa 1890. Value Points: all-original, with painted colorful decorations on his face, the jester wears a fancy silk costume with three contrasting pattern designs, lace trim, jester cap, shoes and socks, and has detachable head for access to candy container.
