14" (36 cm.) Porcelain shoulder head with plump facial shape, cobalt blue glass enamel inset eyes, dark eyeliner, painted lashes, lightly-feathered brows, accented nostrils, closed mouth, blushed cheeks, blonde mohair wig over cork pate, kid poupee body with stitched and separated fingers. Condition: generally excellent, repair to kid at right wrist. Comments: French, Blampoix, circa 1865. Value Points: beautiful complexion, original wig, body, and wearing earrings, hand-stitched undergarments, coin purses, kid slippers and wonderful garters.
