Description
The aqua green silk dress features a dropped waist above pleated skirt, with jacket front, decorative inset panels, collar, cuffs and sash of silk with narrowest stripe pattern of maroon and cream. There is lace edging on collar, paneels, sash and cuffs, and lace-edged muslin bayaleuse. Along with aqua green woolen bonnet with wire frame and ivory silk satin bows, and cream kidskin slippers marked "Bebe Jumeau Depose 2". The costume, from the Ernestine Jumeau workshops, is for size 2 Bebe Jumeau of the 1885 era.
