Felt swivel head with pressed and painted facial features, brown side-glancing eyes, grey eye shadow, painted lashes and brows, accented nostrils, closed mouth with drilled hole for insertion of pipe, black side-parted wig, felt body with jointing at shoulders and hips. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: Lenci (foot). Comments: Lenci, circa 1930, this is model 50 from their 300 series, shown in their 1930 catalog. Value Points: well-preserved model with original linen and felt costume having elaborate embroidery, leather boots with fringed detail, wooden painted pipe, walking stick, and floral trimmed hat.
