Description
5" (13 cm.) and 6". Each is all bisque with swivel head, brown glass inset eyes, painted lashes and brows, accented nostrils, blonde mohair wig, peg-jointed arms and legs. Condition: generally excellent, boy has tiny repair at back upper torso. Marks: 110 (head of girl, and limbs marked 0). Comments: Germany, circa 1885. Value Points: the girl has rare open mouth with two square-cut teeth, painted stockings with pink two-strap shoes, and fabulous antique costume and cap.
