Description
8" (20 cm.) Solid domed bisque socket head, brown glass inset eyes, painted lashes, feathered brows, accented nostrils and eye corners, closed mouth with center accent line, peg-jointed slender bisque arms and legs, painted white socks with magenta rims, blue two-strap heeled shoes. Condition: generally excellent, one flake on upper leg rim. Marks: 15 (head and torso). Comments: Germany, circa 1890. Value Points: beautiful doll in rare large size for all-bisque, wearing original white pique mariner costume, undergarments.
