Description
Carved wooden dog with lean muscular body, curled tail, enamel eyes, painted white coat with black back, carved open mouth with defined tongue and fangs. Excellent condition, old repair at tail attachment. Neapolitan, mid-1700s, attributed to the workshops of the Vassallo Brothers.
