8" (20 cm.) Blonde mohair wig with very full lush curls and bangs, blue sleep eyes, painted lashes, strung body. Wearing original elaborate ballet tutu of lace and tatting with gilt edging, garland of flowers and rose satin bow, tulle petticoat, panties, bronze-green tie front shoes, flowered gilt headband. Near mint condition. Vogue, from Frolicking Fables series, 1952, with original silver wrist tag "Ballet", superb costume in impeccable condition.
