All-wooden doll with socket head, carved facial features, decalomania eyes, closed mouth with downcast lips, double chin, brunette mohair bobbed wig, all-wooden body with one-piece walking-style legs, antique costume may be original. Condition: generally excellent, light craze lines on forehead. Marks: Schoenhut Walkable Doll, Patents USA Jan. 17, 1911, Dec. 30, 1914, March 23, 1920. Comments: Schoenhut, circa 1920. Value Points: rare model in petite size, original finish, wig, wonderful costume, carrying little lithographed toy "The New Mail Baby".
