Each has hand-pressed bisque shoulder head with sculpted hair and defined facial features portraying Prince Phillip and Queen Elizabeth, at the time of Elizabeth's coronation as Queen in 1953. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: (each bears the mark of Martha Thompson, the name of the person,and 1953 date). Comments: sculpted and made by the premiere American artist, Martha Thompson,1953. Value Points: rare dolls are beautifully-preserved, each with original body and artist-designed costume.
