18" (46 cm.) Bisque shoulder head with plump face, cobalt blue glass enamel inset eyes, dark upper eyeliner, painted lashes, feathered brows, accented nostrils, closed mouth, accent line between the lips, blonde mohair wig over cork pate, kid-over-wooden poupee body with shapely torso, swivel waist, dowel-jointing at shoulders, elbows, hips and knees, bisque forearms. Condition: generally excellent, bisque forearms restored. Comments: Barrois, circa 1860. Value Points: beautiful cobalt blue eyes contrasts the delicate complexion, rare body style, lovely antique costume, undergarments, stockings, and shoes.
