Bisque socket head, blue glass paperweight inset eyes, painted lashes with "dot" highlights, widely fringed brows, accented eye corners, shaded nostrils, closed mouth with shaded lips, pierced ears, impressed dimples at chin and philtrum, brunette mohair wig over original pate, French composition fully-jointed body, bisque hands with separately-sculpted fingers and painted nails. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: J. Steiner Bte SGDG Paris Fre A 15. Comments: Jules Steiner, circa 1888. Value Points: beautiful bebe with softly blushed features, original body with rare bisque hands, and wearing lovely antique costume highlighted by purple velvet dress, and with original kidskin shoes.
