11" (28 cm.) Bisque socket head, blue glass paperweight inset eyes with darker blue iris rims, painted lashes, brush-stroked brows, accented nostrils and eye corners, closed mouth with outlined lips, pierced ears, auburn mohair wig over cork pate, French composition and wooden fully jointed body. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: Mascotte. Comments: May Freres, circa 1890. Value Points: rare to find model in all-original condition, wonderful petite size having original body and body finish, wig, pate, muslin chemise dress, undergarments, socks and leather shoes.
