Posed upon a tin platform is a flat-dimensional plump man wearing brightly colored costume, with highly characterized face, hinged arm with pointing finger, and a bright red and white roulette wheel with yellow stand. When lever activated, the wheel turns and the man's arm moves backward and then forward, pointing at the winning number. Excellent condition, functions well, vivid colors. Circa 1925.
