Description
3 1/2" (9 cm.) The wooden box with domed lid is red leather covered and has dainty gilt trim, rose silk padded lining, blue paper lining, and has fitted base which contains inkwell with silver cap, penknife, tiny scissors, and various bone sewing tools. Along with two miniature calling cards with ink inscription "Mrs. A Livingston". Very good condition. English, early 1800s.
