15" (38 cm.) Bisque swivel head on kid-edged bisque shoulder plate,brilliant pale blue glass inset eyes,dark eyeliner,painted lashes,feathered brows,rose-blushed eye shadow,accented eye corners and nostrils,closed mouth with accented lips,pierced ears,blonde mohair wig over cork pate,on all-wooden articulated body with dowel jointing at shoulders,elbows,hips and knees,with swivel jointing at upper arms and legs,and jointed elbows. Condition: bisque excellent,the body is French and of the era although not original to the Bru head,body finish has some scuffing. Marks: D. Comments: Leon Casimir Bru,his deposed head model of 1872. Value Points: very beautiful face with original wig,on the rare head model with smiling expression.
