Description
8" (20 cm.) l. display base. An oval wooden base with pink pleated edging has faux-grass cover, upon which are seated two teddies and five plush animals (two chicks, ladybug, bunny and squirrel), along with a picnic basket. Excellent condition. Both teddies have original Steiff buttons in ear, and the animals are tied to original base. Excellent condition. Germany, Steiff, a very rare exhibition piece, circa 1920s, with desirable early miniature teddies.
