Bisque socket head, blue glass sleep eyes, painted lashes, feathered brows, closed mouth, slightly-parted lips, four tiny teeth, brunette mohair wig, Sonneberg composition and wooden fully-jointed body. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: made in Germany A M Baby Betty 6/0 DRGM. Comments: Marseille, circa 1910. Value Points: charming dimpled smile, factory original costume and cap.
