Description
8" (20 cm.) The imaginatively-constructed day bed has a scalloped-edge glass headboard with hand-painted scene, and a silk upholstered cover with matching pillow and an edging of large glass pearls and lace trim. The bedding rests upon a glass frame with further glass painted scenes that are edged with green and ivory velvet cording. Excellent condition. English, late 1700s.
