12" (30 cm.) Solid domed bisque socket head with sculpted brown hair forming into a topknot with forelock curls, painted googly side-glancing eyes, white eyedots, black upper eyeliner, one-stroke brows, little pug nose, closed mouth with little smile, composition toddler body with jointing at shoulders and hips, antique lace dress, shoes. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: G.B. 252 Germany A 0 M DRMR. Comments: Marseille for Borgfeldt, circa 1918. Value Points: rarer large size of the delightful googly has original body and body finish, choice bisque.
