Bisque swivel head on kid-edged bisque shoulder plate,narrow blue glass enamel inset eyes,dark eyeliner,painted lashes and brows,accented nostrils and eye corners,closed mouth with outlined lips,pierced ears,blonde mohair wig over cork pate,kid poupee body with square-cut collarette,shapely torso and gusset-jointing at elbows,hips and knees,stitched and separated fingers,pretty cotton day dress,undergarments,stockings,leather shoes marked Modes de Paris,woven bonnet and (worn) bone-handled silk parasol. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: D. Comments: Leon Casimir Bru,his deposed smiling face model,circa 1872. Value Points: lovely bisque in appealing petite size,original body in exceptionally fine condition.
